I just read about your camera's compatibility on the Sony web site and it says that Vista's built in drivers should work 32 bit OS and that the software on the CD is not guaranteed compatible. I called Sony and they tried to help by installing a driver only and when we tried to install that we bypassed the warning message and sure enough, it shut down my system.
